Friday Night Pumpkin Carving
Meet some teams, buy a toque, carve a pumpkin!
Location to be announced to captains (will not be posted on website)
Saturday Night Dance Party
Harbour Towers West Harbour Ballroom, 345 Quebec Street
- Capacity of 350 – no line-ups!
- Great downtown location.
- LIVE MUSIC from Eric Morten and The Love Guns (check out their Facebook page).
- DJ TUNES from Leon Nights (and friends).
- Dance floor, foosball table, lots of seating and possibly a Wii or Kinect.
- FREE appetiser platters. When they're gone, they're gone so come out early!
- Prizes for best costume (extra awesome to make up for last year). Prizes awarded ~10:45pm.
- Slide show of Saturday highlights.
- Coat check.
NOTE: Cash bar drinks are $6.50 (domestic beer, cider, coolers, high balls) and up. We're still working on possible drink specials or discount drink tickets.
The Party runs from 8PM to 1:30AM (last call @ 1AM).
EVERYONE needs 2 pieces of ID and a party wristband to get in to the party. No exceptions.
Player wristbands are included in team fees (available for pick up at Disc Central by your Team Captain). Volunteers receive wristbands at the fields. Non-players can pay in advance at the fields or at the party – $5 (in costume) or $10 (without costume). This is a Hallowe’en party after all!
